200th holds training event on dislocated civilians
Lt. Gen. (ret) Rick Waddell speaks to Soldiers on the importance of the preparation on reacting to displaced civilians during the Dislocated Civilian Operations Training Event here in Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey. Soldiers from the 200th Military Police Command and the 353rd Civil Affairs Command spent three days on the importance of planning in taking care of refugees.
