U.S. Army Band Swirls Up a Storm at The Beach
Sfc. Paul Harding, a musician with the 78th Army Band, based out of Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey, performs a solo for a crowd at Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, on Aug.18.
