Ready to fire: Military police join Cold Steel
U.S. Army Reserve Pfc. Ryan Koranda, 56th Military Police Company, based in Mesa, Ariz., positions himself behind an M240B machine gun as he adjusts an AN/PAS-13 thermal weapon sight with participating in familiarization training during Operation Cold Steel II at Fort Hunter Liggett, Calif., Dec. 4, 2017. Approximately 100 military police Soldiers with the 200th Military Police Command participated in Operation Cold Steel, the largest gunnery operation in the history of America’s Army Reserve led by the U.S. Army Reserve and hosted by the 79th Theater Sustainment Command, training Soldiers to work as gunnery teams with crew-served weapons.
