USARC pauses to remember Maj. Gen. Espaillat
Retired U.S. Army colonel Raymond Lacey, gives his remarks as USARC Soldiers and civilians remembered Maj. Gen. Franciso A. Espaillat during a memorial ceremony at the U.S. Army Reserve Command headquarters, April 19, 2017, at Fort Bragg, N.C. Espaillat, 56, from New York City, was slated to become the next U.S. Army Reserve Command chief of staff. He previously served as the commanding general of the 143rd Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), in Orlando, Fla. Espaillat died April 7, 2017, at Fort Bragg.
