Imua Dawn 2016 focused on maneuver support operations and enhancing cooperative capabilities in mobility, Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief (HADAR), Noncombatant Evacuation Operations (NEO), and sustainment support in the event of natural disasters and other crises that threaten public safety and health in the Pacific region.
