All Eyes on Him
Terri Lee (right), an Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) instructor with the 430th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), leads a small group discussion about the subtle signs of suicide during an ASIST and Ask, Care, Escort – Suicide Intervention workshop conducted April 15-17, 2016, in Orlando, Fla. More than 25 Army Reserve Soldiers and civilians assigned to the 143rd Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) attended this three-day workshop to learn how to identify people exhibiting suicidal behaviors and provide immediate yet compassionate care through a scientifically tested, three-phase approach that connects potential victims with life-saving resources.
