Pushups
A Clemson University Reserve Officers' Training Corps cadet pumps out as many pushups as he can as two fellow cadets grade his performance during an Army Physical Fitness Test Jan. 15, 2015. U.S. Army Soldiers must pass the APFT at least once every six months. It consists of two minutes of pushups, two minutes of situps and a timed two-mile run. (U.S. Army photo by Sgt. Ken Scar)
