We have deliberately taken some of our webpages offline in order to comply with Executive Orders and OSD Policy. The intent is to preserve our history, and we are working to re-publish content as soon as possible.

CHANGES TO DEERS/RAPIDS ID CARD SITES

As of 15 April 2025, 32 Army Reserve DEERS/RAPIDS sites have temporarily ceased operations due to a change in contracting. This impacts services at the 32 locations.

Individuals with appointments at these locations must reschedule their CAC appointments at unaffected sites. To find an alternative location and reschedule, please visit: https://idco.dmdc.osd.mil/idco/.

The United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) is actively working with the Fort Bragg Contracting Command to secure a bridging contract to minimize service disruptions. In the interim, individuals are encouraged to reschedule at an unaffected site: A list of available locations can be found at https://idco.dmdc.osd.mil/idco/.

We understand this closure may cause inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work to restore these vital services.
