Army Reserve NCO leads ACFT familiarization

CAMP ARIFJAN, Kuwait - Army Reserve Sgt. 1st Class Jeremy Crawford, deployed with the 310th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) to Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, begins his turn in during Sprint-Drag-Carry event in the incoming Army Combat Fitness Test during at March 16, 2021 demonstration at one of the camp's athletic fields. The SDC is the fourth of six events in the ACFT, which comprises five 50-meter shuttles: dragging a sled with a 90-pound weight, carrying two 40-pound kettlebells and laterals, in addition to two sprints.
