FORT BUCHANAN, Puerto Rico - In this 2018 file photo, Lt. Col. Jose Ruiz-Espada, 1-333rd Multifunctional Training Battalion commander, and his Soldiers render a salute during the National Anthem at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico, during a commemoration ceremony for the transition of the 1-333rd Battalion from the 94th Training Division-Force Sustainment to the 1st MSC footprint. Headquarters, Department of the Army will conduct several CY21 U.S. Army Reserve (USAR) command boards this summer to fill available command positions with highly capable and motivated leaders.
