The 353 Civil Affairs Command conducted a virtual change of Command from Brig. Gen. Robert S. Cooley to Brigadier General Timothy Brennan April 20.

The ceremony took place virtually to comply with the social distancing protocols during the COVID-19 response.

Cooley moves on the become the chief of staff at Army Reserve Headquarters - Fort Bragg.
