Quarterly board develops leaders, fosters friendly competition between Army Reserve Soldiers
Rapid Support Soldier of the Quarter Spc. Destiny Dobbs, a U.S. Army Reserve transportation specialist from the 195th ETO in Tampa, Florida, who is currently attached to the 841st Transportation Battalion, 597th Transportation Brigade, ARTRANS, in Charleston, South Carolina, performs the plank during an Army Fitness Test taken as part of the board competition at the Rapid Support Headquarters at Fort Eustis, Virginia. The five-component AFT is an important part of the army physical readiness program, testing Soldiers on their strength, fitness, aerobic capacity and grit.
