The Solution Sandstorm: 75th U.S. Army Reserve Innovation Command crystallizes partnerships during Project Convergence
Soldiers from the 75th U.S. Army Reserve Innovation Command (right) discuss the capabilities of unmanned aerial systems with Soldiers from the Autonomous Systems Platoon, Human Machine Integration Company, March 2024 in Fort Irwin, Calif. Approximately 40 75th USARIC Soldiers converged at Fort Irwin to offer their military and technical expertise during Project Convergence Capstone 4, a U.S. Army hosted experiment that enabled warfighters from the United States and partner nations to test advanced systems that support multidomain operations. Many 75th USARIC Soldiers at PC-C4 specialize in robotics, machine learning and cyber security in their civilian careers, making them highly qualified to collaborate with designers and end users to help improve various technologies from surveillance drones to autonomous rotorcraft.
