Army Reserve in Europe hosts command operations sync
Ms. Kara McCoy, a logistics management specialist for the 7th Mission Support Command - America's Army Reserve in Europe, pauses for a photo while taking notes during the command's annual operations training synchronization workshop Thursday, March 7, 2024, at the Sembach Community Center, Sembach Kaserne, Kaiserslautern, Germany. All command directorates participated in the week-long event, providing insight from their shops, which included personnel, budget, sustainment, unit operations, and training personnel. At the conclusion of the workshop, the 7th MSC’s 26-unit commanders will have a yearly training plan that meets the needs of their unit and aligns with the MSC’s mission to provide logistical and sustainment support for U.S. army Europe and Africa, increasing capability in the region.
