Soldiers from the 142nd Division Sustainment Support Battalion, Charlie Company, conducts Company level Sustainment Gunnery Tables I-II on Camp Buehring, Kuwait. Both NCOs fell under 1st Theater Sustainment command when it implemented its Leading Individuals From Experience coaching program. The coaching program is a long-term career long-term sustainable initiative designed to empower and equip NCOs with the necessary skills to excel not only in their military career but also the tools to overcome everyday obstacles in their personal lives ultimately building the foundation for their future success.
