Army Reserve civilian recognized as ‘innovator’ by Department of Energy

Forrestal Building in Washington D.C. Sept. 12 where the Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP) honored federal energy champions selected for recognition during its celebration of 50 Years of Federal Energy Management.
