Change of Responsibility for the 318th Theater Public Affairs Support Element

Brooks (back right) and their children, Chelsea, Kennedy, and Jackson received yellow roses from the 318th Theater Public Affairs Support Element's as part of the 318th's long standing tradition of both welcoming the new Command Sergeant Major and saying goodbye to the old. The Change of Responsibility ceremony that took place on November 12, 2023 at Arlington Heights, Ill. symbolizes the passing of responsibility from one Command Sergeant Major to another while the roses are the unit's thanks for the sacrifices that military families make as part of their service.
