Shane Whitney, allied trade specialist with the 175th Support Maintenance Company, 377th Theater Sustainment Command, welds a metal panel into the frame of a jeep to replace rust damage during Operation Forward Wrench at Maintenance Activity Kaiserslautern in Kaiserslautern, Germany, Sept. 19, 2023.
