47th Joint Culinary Training Exercise
The entree prepared by Spc Jacquay Clark, 375th Quartermaster Company under the 377th Theater Sustainment Command, during her contemporary hot food exercise at Fort Lee, Virginia, March 7, 2023. During this exercise, chefs have one hour to prepare and plate their entree. Service members from all branches of the military and three international teams gather at Fort Lee to compete in the 47th Joint Culinary Training Exercise. Service members compete both individually and as teams to show off their skills in various culinary exercises.
