Maj. of the MSB, case the 642nd Regional Support Group's colors at a transfer of authority ceremony, November 18, 2022 at Fort Hood, Texas. With the transfer of authority, the 642nd RSG transfers the task of supporting mobilizing and demobilizing National Guard and Army Reserve Soldiers to the 561st RSG.
