Instructors compete against instructors at 80th Training Command competition
Maj. John VanDusen gives a 20-minutes class to mock students as required for the instructor of the year competition. The 80th Training Command's annual instructor of the year competition consisted of a 20-minute class of participants choosing, an appearance board with questions from the Army Training and Doctrine Command and Army Regulations based one instructor knowledge, and an impromptu motivator style of instruction with the intent to motivate students on a topic given by the board.
