U.S. Army Europe and Africa commander tours 773rd Civil Support Team equipment
U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Ryan Ramos, a team medic assigned to the 773rd Civil Support Team (CST,) briefs Gen. Darryl Williams, Commanding General U.S. Army Europe and Africa (USAEUR-AF,) on the unit's rapid response decontamination facilities and procedures during a key-leader engagement at Rhine Ordnance Barracks, Germany, August 10.
