Army Reserve Soldiers train on water treatment procedures
U.S. Army Reserve Pfc. An Chen, a water treatment specialist and Los Angeles, California native assigned to the 968th Quartermaster Company, and Army Reserve Spc. Jonathan Orozco, a water treatment specialist and San Bernardino, California native also assigned to the 968th QM Co., exit the Pacific Ocean after securing a dolphin strainer device June 20 as part of the Quartermaster Liquid Logistics Exercise being held at Camp Pendleton, California. The team’s primary mission during the QLLEX is to take seawater from the Pacific ocean and turn it into drinkable water for Soldiers participating in the exercise. (U.S. Army Reserve photo by Sgt.
