From October, 2021, until now Ambassador Koslov (HI) has participated in five events to support Army Reserve Soldiers and their mission. Some major highlights for this period include guest speaking event for the USAREC Portland Recruiting Battalion, and helping break ground for a new VA Community Center at Kalaeloa, HI.
