U.S. Army Reserve civil affairs support 1st Infantry Division during Combined Resolve
Capt. Tim Johnson, 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division’s civil affairs officer discussed civil affairs operations with Company D, 411th Civil Affairs Battalion, during Combined Resolve XVI at the Joint Multinational Readiness Center. The U.S. Army Reserve civil affairs Soldiers supported the brigade during the December exercise designed to increase readiness and enhance interoperability with Allies to enable U.S. Army Europe-Africa and U.S. European Command theater objectives.
