Army Reserve general honors fallen at Wreaths Across America event
More than a dozen tractor-trailers rolled down Rising Sun Road in Bordentown Dec. 15 as part of a Wreaths Across America ceremony honoring the nation’s fallen military members. The trucks were carrying thousands of wreaths destined for Arlington National Cemetery in Virginia, where they will be placed on gravesites during a Dec. 18 wreath-laying ceremony. Wreaths Across America is a nonprofit organization founded to continue and expand the annual wreath-laying ceremony at Arlington National Cemetery. More than 250,000 wreaths are set to be delivered to Arlington this year. (U.S. Army photo by Sgt. 1st Class Deziree Lau, 99th Readiness Division Public Affairs)
