Army Reserve officer among winners selected for Dragon's Lair 6

The Dragon’s Lair program is focused on encouraging creative thinking across the Department of Defense. This program solicits ideas from servicemembers of any career field or background in order to spur innovation to better quality of life and improve the services as a whole.
