James A. Garfield Wreath Laying Ceremony
The wreath honoring 20th President of the United States James A. Garfield stands in front of the Garfield statue inside the memorial honoring him. Each year, near the anniversary of the president's birth, a ceremony is conducted to honor the life and legacy of the man who served as president from March to September of 1881.
