FORT BUCHANAN, Puerto Rico- The official party of the change of command ceremony consisted of (left) Col. Carlos Caceres, incoming commanding general, Major Gen. Gregory J. Mosser, U.S. Army Reserve Command deputy commanding general, and Brig. Gen. Jeffrey Jurasek, outgoing commanding general.
