Chief, Army Reserve Postal Matches
Command Sgt. Maj. Andrew Lombardo, command sergeant major of the Army Reserve, and Stephen D. Austin, assistant chief of Army Reserve, visited members of the Army Reserve Marksmanship Program during conduct of the National Matches held at Camp Perry, Ohio. These events are directed by Federal law (Title 36 U. S. Code, 40701-40733) and are an annual marksmanship touchstone. The Chief, Army Reserve Postal Matches as directed by Army Regulation 140-1 are unit-level events enabling all Soldiers to get started in higher-level organized marksmanship competition and are held during annual qualification at no additional expense.
