The Chief, Army Reserve Postal Match directed by Army Regulation 140-1, Chapter 7 is a program for all Army Reserve Soldiers and units. The updated events are named after luminary Army Reserve Soldiers that demonstrated the Equal Opportunities provided by the Army Reserve Marksmanship Program.
