411th Engineer Battalion holds Change of Command Ceremony
U.S. Army Reserve Maj. James Young address the crowd on August 21 2021, at Fort Shafter Flats in Honolulu. Young received his commission from Carson Newman College and after 11 years active duty, he transitioned to the Army Reserves.
