AMC farewells one of its top leaders
Army Materiel Command’s Maj. Gen. Bob Harter, right, receives the Legion of Merit, presented by AMC Commander Gen. Ed Daly during a July 20 farewell and awards ceremony at AMC Headquarters, Redstone Arsenal, Ala. The award recognizes Harter’s ability as a multi-functional logistician. Harter is going to be the as Deputy Chief of Army Reserve, Office of the Chief of Army Reserve.
