NCO delivers readiness to DEFENDER-Europe 21, other missions across Europe
Master Sgt. Roxanne Richards, assigned to the 405th Army Field Support Brigade, delivers readiness at the tactical point of need as the only Logistics Civil Augmentation Program noncommissioned officer in Europe. She is responsible for all the LOGCAP contracting requirements for Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary and Poland. And during DEFENDER-Europe 21, her responsibilities extent to Estonia, as well.
