Garrison Commander Col. Charles Bell and key directors - Installation Planning Board (IPB) - provide an annual brief on the garrison’s proposed Integrated Priorities List (IPL) and projects to receive guidance and approval from higher commands. The annual IPL is part of the garrison’s Integrated Strategic Sustainable Program (ISSP) to guide the garrison’s efforts to allocate funding and resources, and ensure their priorities is nested with higher commands goals. IMCOM-Readiness Director Brenda McCullough, and Maj. Gen. Alberto Rosende, U.S. Army Reserve 63rd Readiness Commanding General and the garrison’s senior commander, commended Bell and his team on their steadfast commitment to the garrison, troop readiness, and continued efforts to secure projects with limited funding.
