Military deputy to Army CIO/G-6 promoted to major general
Army Deputy Chief of Chaplains Brig. Gen. William Green Jr. (2nd from left) gave a benediction to conclude the ceremony promoting Lawrence Thoms (2nd from right) from brigadier general to major general in the U.S. Army. Maj. Gen. Lawrence Thoms is currently serving as the Military Deputy to the Army's Deputy Chief of Staff, G-6 Lt. Gen. John Morrison. The promotion ceremony was conducted in the Hall of Heroes at the Pentagon, Arlington, Virginia on December 14, 2020.
