2nd Lt. Anna-Elise Anderson, a reserve intelligence officer at Fort Belvoir, during her time as a cadet at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. As a cadet, Anderson was a member of the Hoya Battalion Reserve Officer Training Corps program.
