Full house: Olympia military couple fostered 60 children, two cats and 10 dogs in the last six years

The Mancillas have served as foster parents for about 60 children over the past five years, and have adopted Rocky and Mila. April is the Month of the Military Child in the Army, and Chris is a master sergeant in the U.S. Army Reserve, serving with the 652nd Regional Support Group, currently deployed to Poland.
