Father Matt Foley, parish pastor for St. James Catholic Church, in Arlington Heights, Illinois, conducts chaplain services for local Soldiers, assigned to the 85th U.S. Army Reserve Support Command, during the unit’s battle assembly weekend training, February 9, 2020.
