Chief of Army Reserve visits Fort McCoy
A Joint-Light Tactical Vehicle (JLTV) with Lt. Gen. Charles D. Luckey, chief of Army Reserve and commanding general, U.S. Army Reserve Command, as a passenger moves out Feb. 7, 2020, to drive through range areas at Fort McCoy, Wis.
