Support Command Soldiers prepping for Army Combat Fitness Test

ROCK ISLAND ARSENAL, Ill. - Capt. Cameron Cook performs the deadlift, the first of six events that make up the Army Combat Fitness Test. Cook, a G3 Operations briefing officer, and other First Army United States Army Reserve Support Command Soldiers, are taking a diagnostic ACFT at each of their quarterly battle assemblies to prepare for the record test in October.
