FORT HUNTER LIGGETT, Calif. - A farmer whose herd of rare heirloom goats was killed by a careless American driver expresses his anger at the team of Americans who show up to make things right during a psychological operations training scenario at Fort Hunter Liggett, California in June 2019. Fort Hunter Liggett’s 80th Training Command (TASS) conducts a month-long PSYOP course for Soldiers and Marines reclassifying their military occupational specialties.
