Army Reserve Chemical Brigade reactivated during historic ceremony
Army Reserve Col. Yvette Rose, commanding officer, 455th Chemical Brigade, 76th Operational Response Command, talks about her unit and her vision for the future at the reactivation ceremony for the 455th in Sloan, Nevada, Nov. 16. Comprised of nearly 2000 Army Reserve Soldiers, three battalions, 12 companies and two Army Reserve Elements, the 455th is the only chemical brigade in history to deploy to a combat theater of operations, and this is the 5th time in its proud history the unit has been activated since World War II.
