FORT KNOX, KY. - Brig. Gen. Twanda (Tia) Young, Deputy Commanding General, U.S. Army Human Resources Command, discusses the activation of the new Reserve Personnel Management Directorate (RPMD) at HRC during a town hall for the HRC workforce, held on Fort Knox, Ky., Oct. 2, 2019.
