Devens, MA. - U.S. Army Reserve Sgt. William E. Berard, a native of Dracut, Mass. and Signal Supports Systems Specialist assigned to Army Reserve Element Europe Command, Ft. Devens, holds a hand crafted ink-well pen he made, at the Maloney Center, Devens, Mass. “Universal to serving in [the Army Reserve] and wood working is the direct role I have in the quality of an end product,” said Berard.
