316th ESC Soldiers Train for Army Combat Fitness Test
U.S. Army Reserve Chief Warrant Officer 2 Doug Wickham, a 350F All Source Intelligence Technician with the 316th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), pulls a 90-pound sled across the finish line in the sprint-drag-carry event of the Army Combat Fitness Test. The ACFT is a new Army fitness test that will replace the current Army Physical Fitness Test in 2020. It has been in development for several years among testing battalions, and aims to better connect fitness with combat readiness across the Army. (U.S. Army Reserve photo by Cpt. Ernest Wang)
