CJTF-HOA, Kamenge Military Hospital partner for Ebola prevention

The 403rd Civil Affairs Battalion, Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa, and military personnel and doctors from the Kamenge Military Hospital conducted an Ebola preparedness subject matter expert exchange as a precautionary measure for personnel near the border of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
