Scaffolding provides the perfect frame as Soldiers in the U.S. Army Reserve 336th Engineer Company, 463rd Engineer Battalion, 411th Engineer Brigade, 412th Theater Engineer Command based in Weirton, W.V., which is among the U.S. Army North (Fifth Army) Command and Control CBRN Response Elements Alpha, transport a victim after a simulated chemical attack on a set of bleachers at the Homestead Miami Speedway for quarterly sustainment training in Urban Search and Rescue during the 76th Operational Response Command Task Force 76 Operation Homestead 19 at the Speedway Jan. 24, 2019. The Soldiers had to remove the collapsed scaffolding in order to rescue the victims. The Task Force partnered with the Miami-Dade Fire Department at the speedway conducting Defense Support of Civilian Authorities training after a simulated chemical attack The joint training boosts inter-agency operability and communication.
