316th ESC Soldiers learn what it takes to be lethal

FORT DIX, N.J. - Soldiers in the 316th Expeditionary Sustainment Command prepare to hit the range and qualify on weapons they are now using with increased frequency over that past year thanks to Operation Cold Steel. Operation Cold Steel is a U.S. Army Reserve series of mounted and ground crew-served weapons qualification events to improve U.S. Army Reserve readiness and lethality.
