ARLINGTON, Va. - Americans consume 100 billion single use plastic bags every year, but less than five percent of these bags are recycled. The United States Army Reserve is encouraging Soldiers, Civilians and Families to reduce their use of plastic bags and recycle them properly to help ensure clean, efficient, mission-ready facilities.
